…has been told her symptoms are “normal.”
…has been told to “just live with it.”
…has researched until midnight because something didn't add up.
…has travelled across the country — or the world — looking for the right specialist.
…has been judged for not accepting the first answer.
…knows there is more to her health than a number on a blood test.
Women's pain and symptoms can be dismissed, underestimated, or attributed to psychological causes.
Women wait longer to be taken seriously, longer to be diagnosed, and longer to be offered real relief from pain — often after being told it's stress, hormones, or “just” anxiety.
So much of the research base modern medicine relies on was built without female bodies in the room. The knowledge gap isn't your imagination — it's a documented head start conventional medicine hasn't caught up on.
One specialist for your gut. Another for your hormones. Another for your joints, your skin, your sleep. Every one of them narrow, compartmentalized, and looking at a slice — never the whole of you.
Labs come back “within range.” Nobody connects what you eat, how you move, how you sleep, and how you feel. So you leave with no diagnosis, no plan, and the very tired instruction to just live with it.
A new symptom appears, or the old one flares again. So you book a new specialist, retell the same history from the start, and wait for another set of “normal” results. No one along the way is holding the whole story — so the story never moves forward. That's the loop. It repeats not because you're doing something wrong, but because nothing in the system is designed to close it.
But a loop can be interrupted.
You can pause.
You can investigate.
You can seek another perspective.
You can learn more about your body.
You can look at the whole picture.
YOU CAN GO DEEPER.
Specialization was supposed to make medicine more precise. Instead, it split your body into departments that rarely speak to each other — while your gut, your hormones, your nervous system, your immune system and your mind kept quietly influencing one another the entire time.
This is why so many women find that the things nobody prescribed — changing how they eat, how they move, how they breathe, what they put their attention on — move the needle further than anything a fifteen-minute appointment ever did. That's not woo. That's your body telling you where the dots actually connect.
“Maybe you just have to accept there's no cure.”
“That's just your body — part of getting older.”
“Stop doctor-hopping and just trust the plan.”
“You've seen so many specialists already — isn't that enough?”
None of that is malice. It's just what happens when the people around you have never had to search this hard to be believed. You keep asking better questions because you know your body better than a ten-minute appointment ever could — and that instinct is not doctor-hopping. It's advocacy.
You are the only person who lives inside your body every hour of every day. Santé Project isn't another specialist trying to fix a fragment of you — I'm here to walk beside you and connect what the specialists left separate.
You need someone who can stand beside you while you learn how to understand your own health.

You've been told your labs are “normal” but you know your body isn't
You've seen results from movement, food or nervous-system work that no specialist prescribed
You want a guide, not another authority who talks at you for ten minutes
You're ready to stop going in circles and start connecting the dots
You're looking for a diagnosis or a prescription — that stays with your medical team
You want a quick fix rather than a root-cause process
You're not ready to be an active partner in your own healing
I was pulled into holistic health through my own experience.
I had several diagnoses that, in the traditional medical setup, never seemed to leave much room for the bigger picture. I was told to keep using the cream, increase the dose, manage the symptoms and move on.
But I wasn't getting better.
So I started looking deeper. I began paying attention to patterns, nutrition, movement, sleep, stress and the connection between the mind and the body. I discovered that health is rarely one symptom, one test or one prescription. And that mindset matters — because how we think about our health changes how we show up for it.
This didn't make me anti-medicine. Quite the opposite. Sometimes you need the doctor, the specialist, the test or the treatment. But I wanted to enter those rooms informed — not passive. To ask better questions. To understand my body. To know when something didn't add up.
When I moved into holistic health coaching and birth work, I realised I was bringing that same instinct with me: nothing in the body happens in isolation.
That became Santé Project.
For women who don't want to simply manage their health. For women who want to understand it.
GO DEEPER.
KNOW YOUR BODY.
Your health is yours. Claim it back.
